3. The Pooja service scheduling is subject to availability of the Temple, the Priest and the approval of
the Temple management.
4. For Pooja scheduling, please fill in the pooja request form and one of our coordinators will contact you.
5. The Temple Chair reserves the right to cancel the poojas if they clash with Temple celebrations.
6. The Pooja Checks can be made payable to NWIHRC (NorthWest Indiana Hindu Religious Center).
